Arrive at the home that is only a quick walk from the sand and water of the Atlantic Ocean! The multi-story structure boasts plenty of outdoor living. There is a set of exterior stairs on each side of the building, one leading to each level, allowing everyone to gather in a single outdoor space, no matter which unit you choose to sleep in. Stand out on the top deck and take in the ocean view and scents. There are seating areas where you can sit and enjoy morning coffee, and evening drink, or just a relaxing time with loved ones. The top level deck also features seating and plenty of space to enjoy the Cape Hatteras weather and view of the ocean. Go out into the community and take advantage of park-style grills, where you can cook and serve a meal al fresco. If the ocean is a bit cool for a dip, make your way to the community pool and spa – you’ll also get a chance to meet the neighbors!

Step into either of the units and their unique interior layout. The central living area is the hub of activity, while the bedrooms and kitchen/dining space surround it. The glass-panel front door opens onto the carpeted living space featuring cozy chairs and a matching couch, surrounding white end tables and a matching coffee table.
